I am selecting the folder where the game was installed. I have tried installing it on multiple drives and even had steam check for errors. Everytime it says there are errors and cant be installed... The latter is real annoying, preventing colored interior rooms. Hence I'm so far using walls internally too, but that in turn has said sizing issues. It's a stupid law, completely outdated, and sadly isn't going to go anywhere.
